Gary teen not competent to stand trial for baby’s death

The teen is scheduled to be transferred to NeuroDiagnostic Institute in Indianapolis -- the state’s main psychiatric care and mental health hospital -- “likely in a week or so,” her lawyer, Kerry Connor said.
