Man shot 3 times in the head at Lake Shore Drive stoplight after someone yelled gang slogans at him near Chicago Avenue, cops say

A man stopped at a red light on Lake Shore Drive near Chicago Avenue late Tuesday suffered graze wounds to the head when he was shot at by someone who yelled gang slogans before opening fire, Chicago police said.
