Orland Park special education teacher fatally shot on Dan Ryan was a tireless volunteer, faithful Catholic and inspiration to students

Denise Huguelet, a 67-year-old retired special education teacher from Orland Park who was fatally shot on the Dan Ryan this month, was known for her selfless nature, her unflappable faith and her boundless energy, her family said.
