After suspect’s arrest, Lake County sheriff credits 911 caller with saving life of sexual-assault victim found tied to piece of heavy machinery

Ryan Storm, 20, of the 500 block of West Gilbert Road, was arrested by police at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, about six hours after he allegedly fled from officers who had come to the business to check on him.
